This MSc can help you get there. Our MSc Strategic Project Management equips you with the tools and mindset to lead complex projects that create lasting impact. Designed for early to mid-career professionals, it blends essential theory with practical learning focused on real-world business challenges. You’ll develop skills in stakeholder engagement, time and resource management, project management, risk management and strategic alignment - and apply your learning through a summer consultancy project for a real organisation. Taught face-to-face by experienced academics and industry professionals, and enriched with guest lectures and case studies, this course gives you the confidence and credibility to lead projects and teams across any sector. Taking a 12-month placement allows you to gain work experience in the UK or overseas as part of your Master's. While the placements are self-sought, the School offers support through extra-curricular engagement with our dedicated placements team. Opting for this course with a placement takes the length of your course to up to two years.
