Theoretical understanding combined with practical skills will enable you to develop a client or athlete’s physical performance.- This degree course offers a vocationally focused programme of modules on the strength and conditioning. As such, you’ll learn about various aspects of human performance – building an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as training theory and common sports injuries.- It’s a stimulating and challenging course, but it’s also a practical one – so you’ll gain more than knowledge. You’ll also build your skills as a practitioner and learn how those skills fit in a real-world professional setting. You could even get the chance to assist with performance testing professional teams, giving you some invaluable experience within high-performance sport.- Along the way, you’ll learn from staff who offer both elite coaching experience and research expertise from the cutting edge of sport science.
