Course summary
A rapidly expanding area in sports professions and research, Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time. On this NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) accredited course, we bring together innovative testing, training and rehabilitation programme design principles with their basis in physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis. You’ll develop skills needed to operate as part of a team, and you’ll use those skills in the compulsory placement with one of our many sport organisations and school partners. With our focus on small class and practical learning, your assessments reflect graduate attributes sought by future employers, and for postgraduate study.
This degree is professionally accredited by the world-leading National Strength and Conditioning Association, and follows the UK Strength and Conditioning Association quality standards.
