Course summary

This Foundation Degree is designed for those working or planning to work in a supervisory position within the Early Years sector. Students will need a ‘Critical Friend’ within the workplace. Assessment is built around reflection and reflective practices. This involves the development of observational skills that enable the Early Years Practitioner to adapt current theory and thinking to meet the needs of the child.
