Fife College

The college has campuses and local learning centres across Fife. It works in partnerships with Scottish universities to offer degree-level courses locally. Partners include the universities of Abertay, Dundee, Edinburgh Napier, Heriot-Watt, St Andrews, and the Open University.

Careers advice

  • The Careerzone team provide information about employment vacancies, a text messaging service for alerts on employment and career opportunities/events.
  • Students can access practical help with cover letter and CV writing, completing application forms, interview preparation and techniques.
  • Career planning, business start-up, and self-employment advice is provided via Skills Development Scotland.

Disability support

  • Every student can access the Learning and Inclusion Team and agree a Personal Learning Support Plan.

Students' Union

  • The Students' Association represents all students at the college, and you automatically become a member of the association when you enrol.

History

  • Fife College was established in 2013, from a merger of Adam Smith and Carnegie colleges, and part of the Elmwood Campus of Scotland's Rural College.
