Why study here?
The University of Greenwich is one of the few London universities that offer a campus experience, with most of the university's accommodation based on or very near one of its three sites.
Greenwich earned a Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) Silver rating in 2017 and many of its courses are accredited by professional bodies.
Greenwich has strong links with a range of businesses, from BAE Systems, IBM and PwC to Charlton Athletic FC, the NHS and Pfizer.
Top tips for Clearing
- Do your research Draw up a list of alternative universities that offer the courses you’re interested in so you’re prepared on Results Day if you don’t make the grades or do better than you expected.
- Be fully prepared Collect all the documents and information you’ll need on Results Day: your UCAS number, Clearing number, your UCAS points, A Level results and GCSE grades.
- Be flexible If there aren’t places on the course you want to do, you could consider a similar course that does have spaces.
As a Clearing applicant, you are guaranteed university accommodation as long as you have an offer from Greenwich, meet a few simple criteria, and the university receives your accommodation application before Thursday 23 August 2018.
Once you’ve accepted an offer with the university, it will email you information about its accommodation and your login details for the online student portal. Once you are signed into the student portal, you can apply for university accommodation.
