  • Rotman seeks intellectually curious professionals who demonstrate the potential for high achievement.
  • Rotmans aims to ensure students leave with a unique approach to problem solving, transforming their leadership potential and positions them to tackle global business challenges of the future.
  • In the first year of the programme, students partake in a core of courses designed to introduce integrative thinking and the fundamental disciplines of business. In their second year, students choose to specialise in an academic major or keep their education general. Students can select from over 90 electives.

  • Rotman’s part-time MBA programmes have the same approach to a world-class business education as the full-time MBA programme but allow students to maintain their busy work schedules. 
  • Students choose to attend classes two mornings  a week or two evenings a week

One Year Executive MBA

Programme features

  • The Executive MBA at Rotman is aimed at managers with at least eight years work experience, promising to give them the analytical tools and insights needed to gain the career they want.
  • Rotman starts by teaching students the foundations of business problem-solving, moving on to work on current business dilemmas, ensuring that the executive curriculum is kept up to date.
  • Students attend classes on alternating Fridays and Saturdays. They must also attend four one week residencies.

Omnium Global Executive MBA

Programme features

  • Rotman has collaborated with the University of St.Gallen to create the Omnium Global EMBA. It is a truly global EMBA based in key business centres on four continents.
  • The curriculum immerses working professionals in the core business disciplines from a global perspectives.
  • Students attend two week courses in North America, South America, East Asia, South Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
  • Upon completion students gain an MBA from the University of Toronto and a Global Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen.
