Global MBA

Programme features

  • The Global MBA is a full-time course aimed at students from a variety of industries. It is preferable for students to have at least 2 years work experience.  
  • The programme focuses on the core values of global leadership, ethics, sustainability, and corporate and social responsibility.
  • The first year core curriculum is delivered through a combination of lectures, case studies, team projects, and experiential learning opportunities.
  • The Consulting Abroad Programme (CAP) takes place at the end of the first year. Students are given first-hand experiences in global business. The CAP lasts 9 weeks with 2 weeks spent abroad.
  • During the second year, students are given the opportunity to focus on subjects within their area of interest.

Professional MBA

Programme features

  • The Professional MBA (PMBA) is a part-time programme designed for students in employment.
  • The curriculum teaches students the core business skills of leadership, teamwork, oral and written communication, moral reasoning, and global awareness and perspective.   
  • The programme structure is flexible with the opportunity to take occasional classes online or over intensive weekend formats.
  • Classes are taught on weeknights or Saturday mornings at the main campus. Students choose their own schedule.

World Executive MBA

Programme features

  • The World Executive MBA is designed to teach working professionals of advanced status successful team leadership, global management, communication, critical thinking, and problem solving.
  • The curriculum teaches skills in accounting, finance, marketing, technology, business ethics, and decision making.
  • Each student is given support and advice to understand and apply advanced business methods to their organisation.
  • Experiential learning and team-based projects are used to deliver a ‘real world’ curriculum.
  • The programme includes four residencies in which students carry out an extended period away from campus and focus on topics in an intense format. Two of these residencies take place in international locations and each are 6 days long.

Online MBA

Programme features

  • The Online MBA gives students flexibility to study an MBA programme at their own pace and the curriculum can be customised to meet individual career goals.
  • Examples of subjects students can study are consulting, entrepreneurship, finance, global management, information systems, project management, and technology management.
  • The programme is delivered through digital courses that are divided into learning units.
  • Online courses consist of videos, video cases, podcasts, animations, and other pre-recorded content in addition to traditional reading assignments.
  • Guided live classroom sessions occur two or three times during each course. These involve lectures, case discussions, and/or group activities. These sessions are offered during evenings or weekends and are announced by the instructor at the beginning of each course.
  • In addition to the online coursework, students are required to attend a four day Business and Society Residency in Washington DC.
  • Faculty members are available to students through online office hours.

  • The Online Healthcare MBA programme is aimed at experienced healthcare professionals and provides them with the advanced knowledge and skills required to make business decisions within the US healthcare environment.
  • The curriculum is suited to a wide range of careers.
  • Courses are taught in areas such as project management, finance, and ethics. 
  • Core MBA courses are taught alongside additional health-care specific coursework.
  • The programme is taught entirely online to fit in with busy schedules.
