Executive MBA

  • The EMBA at Maryland is designed for executives with eight to ten years of experience in the professional workplace. It promises to produce analytical, resourceful, innovative and hard-working graduates.
  • The curriculum is systems based i.e. comprises material from all the elements of a successful business. 
  • Classes are held on alternating Fridays and Saturdays with two one week long residencies.

Leadership EMBA in China

Programme features

  • The Smith School of Business has teamed up with the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, to offer the Leadership EMBA. The programme is aimed at the future business leaders of China, turning them into innovative and global managers.
  • The curriculum is based on a strong foundation in all business disciplines, with coursework focusing on the links between the disciplines.
  • Classes meet for four days a month, Thursday through till Sunday, at the UIBE Beijing campus.

Online MBA

Programme features

  • This MBA was created to develop entrepreneurs and leaders across the world. Students can access course materials remotely, anywhere in the world.
  • The Online MBA focuses on ensuring students combine their knowledge and expertise to develop their leadership, decision-making, teamwork, analysis and communication skills.
  • All instruction is online except for three day residencies at the beginning and end of the programme.
