Two-Year MBA Programme

Programme features

  • The Two-year MBA programme at Katz prepares students to lead in a business world that is constantly changing. Students will be transformed into the complete business leader - practicing globalism, collaboration and innovation.
  • Teaching is rooted in experience-based learning.
  • The Katz curriculum has less core courses than the typical MBA, meaning students are able to select more electives in their area(s) of specialisation.

  • Two years.

  • Pennsylvania residents - $48,964 per term (£33,110).
  • Non-residents - $63,632 (£43,020).
  • Katz offers a variety of merit-based scholarships. 

Part-Time MBA Programme

Accreditations: AACSB

Programme features

  • The Part-Time MBA programme at Katz develops the same calibre of students as the full-time format but offers its students the opportunity to balance studying with their professional lives.
  • The Katz curriculum has less core courses than the typical MBA, meaning students are able to select more electives in their area(s) of specialisation.
  • Classes are held on Monday – Thursday evenings and are offered throughout the academic year. Students are able to take on a full-time course load if they wish.

Duration  

  • Approximately three years.

  • 141.

Fees and funding 2014-15

  • Pennsylvania residents - $60,639 (£40,984).
  • Non-residents - $90,576 (£61,217).
  • Scholarships are not available for part-time students. 

Executive MBA Programme

Accreditations: AACSB

Programme features

  • The Executive MBA is aimed toward high-potential individuals ready to take their career to the next level. Executive students leave the programme in a position to lead organisations with confidence.
  • The EMBA programme is designed to accommodate busy professionals around the world, with students able to access the programme in Pittsburgh, Sầo Paulo and Prague.
  • Teaching emphasises discussion, case analysis, team and small group projects, workshops and computer simulations.
  • Classes meet on a biweekly basis, on Fridays and Saturdays. In addition students must participate in four one-week Global Executive Forums. 

Duration

  • 18 months.
