Full-Time MBA

  • The one year full-time MBA is aimed at highly motivated individuals prepared to challenge and stretch their potential.
  • The faculty at Melbourne uses a collaborative teaching style to stimulate students to ask questions, develop analytical skills and find innovative solutions. Teaching is supported by team projects, industry immersion and integrated learning.
  • Students spend the majority of the programme studying towards core modules which cover topics such as Leadership, Marketing and Finance. Students then partake in a field trip to China in order to gain a global concept of business practice. Finally students choose from a variety of electives with a view to supporting their career aspirations.

  • Students are offered a flexible study load with the average load being two subjects per term. Most part-time students finish the course within two years.
  • Students attend evening classes with roughly six contact hours per week

  • Teaching and learning on the EMBA at Melbourne is adapted to the experiences and expertise of the class. Pedagogy incorporates enquiry based learning, case studies and action learning projects.
  • The programme is completed via 17 weekend modules and one week long residential which takes place overseas. Students return to work in between classes so that an immediate return on investment is observed.
