Top 10 MBA Programmes in the World

The illustrious MBA, a qualification sought out by thousands of budding business men and women year on year. And despite some negative press for MBAs the evidence actually suggests that now is a great time to enrol at a business school. The average salary for graduates of AMBA accredited business schools is just over £82,000 a year, and when you look around the world it's a similar story, for example graduates of Harvard Business School earn up to $180,000 a year 3 years after leaving.

Study your MBA at a lower-ranked, and worse still, non-accredited business school and the benefits start to dwindle. So we're here to help. Click through the gallery below for our countdown of the top 10 MBA programmes in the world*:

1. INSEAD

Accreditation: AACSBAMBAEQUIS

INSEAD's MBA tops the FT Global MBA Rankings 2017. The MBA programme here lasts a mere 10 months making it a seriously intensive course of study. Student thinking and outlook is challenged via a combination of study groups, classroom learning, case studies and computer simulations. The programme clearly works and with INSEAD ranking 11th overall for 'Value' it seems you'll get more bang for your buck (or euro) here than at any of the others in this top 10.

Fees: €80,800 (£71,370) for the entire programme
