Top tips for Clearing

  1. Don’t panic! Keep calm and take your time before you make any decisions. There is time for you to phone universities and consider your options on results day.
  2. Be prepared. Do your research and talk with your school or college careers advisors about the different courses that can still help you along the same career path.
  3. Consider your options. Think about courses which are similar to the one you originally applied for, the option of studying a four year degree with foundation entry, or applying for a joint honours.

Halls of Residence, either university-managed or from accredited private providers, are guaranteed when you find your place through clearing at the University of Plymouth. We have a dedicated Student Accommodation team on Results Day to help you secure accommodation and answer any questions you may have.
