Top tips for Clearing
- Don’t panic! Keep calm and take your time before you make any decisions. There is time for you to phone universities and consider your options on results day.
- Be prepared. Do your research and talk with your school or college careers advisors about the different courses that can still help you along the same career path.
- Consider your options. Think about courses which are similar to the one you originally applied for, the option of studying a four-year degree with foundation entry, or applying for a joint honours.
Halls of Residence, either university-managed or from accredited private providers, are guaranteed when you find your place through clearing at the University of Plymouth. We have a dedicated Student Accommodation team on Results Day to help you secure accommodation and answer any questions you may have.
