Tom talks about applying to Anglia Ruskin University through Clearing after several years out of education, and the support he received throughout the process.

Why did you enter Clearing?

I decided to get my degree after a few years out of education, but I was initially worried as I didn't have the best A Level results.

How was calling the university during Clearing?

I contacted ARU during Clearing, and they couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. I spoke to my course leader, who put my mind at ease about my capability of doing the course and answered a lot of questions that I had. When it was time to make the application, the process was simple and easy.

Have you enjoyed your course and time at uni?

After I started, ARU had a huge amount of support available. I was able to hit the ground running and ended up graduating with a first and starting a postgraduate degree shortly after. It was the best decision I could have made.
