Samuel's Clearing story

Samuel is taking part in the Formula Student Team which will put him on track to the career path he wants to follow.

I’m Samuel Musset and I’m a first year Mechanical Engineering student.

I feel like Clearing has helped me because I believe everything happens for a reason. I couldn't imagine myself being anywhere else, the former student team and the links to the industry are exceptional, being anywhere else wouldn't allow me to achieve what I want to go on to achieve.

I feel overall Clearing has been a positive experience, because even though initially I was very emotional and hurdles did come along the way, it's really set me onto the path for the career I want to follow.

My advice for anyone going through Clearing is not to be worried, if you're passionate you will get where you want to be, don't panic, stay calm and everything will work out.

After all I feel I equally deserve this place compared to all my classmates, I’ve worked to get here, and I deserve to be here.
