NTU Student Dashboard – an award-winning learning analytics tool for NTU students.
One-to-one learning support from the learning and teaching team.
Workshops at all campuses on IT, study and research skills, and academic writing.
A range of online learning support tools available through NTU's online workspace NOW.
Stamp Out Stress campaign provides additional support during the exam period.

Health Services

There are medical practices based at both the City and Clifton campuses.
NTU run proactive health and wellbeing campaigns.
Pharmacy on site at Clifton Campus and nearby at City Campus.
External support services on campus – e.g. for eating issues and substance use.

Counselling and mental health support

Mental health training for staff and students is available.
Online wellbeing portal, Assessment and Wellbeing Support Service.
Within academic schools, early intervention student support advisers assist students.
Pre-entry support for students declaring a mental health difficulty on UCAS.
Enhanced twilight and Skype counselling service.

Disability support

NTU encourages students to get in touch if they have a disability.
NTU makes individual adjustments to ensure students get the best out of university.
These include liaising with academic staff, exam arrangements, and one-to-one support.
NTU runs events and weekly drop-in sessions/groups for all disabled students.

Bursaries and scholarships

NTU provides a range of support to help students access the university and succeed. Support includes:

NTU Bursary: £750 per year available to students paying the maximum tuition fee, whose household income is below £25,000 per year.
NTU Care Leaver Bursary.
NTU Article 26 Scholarship.
Bursaries are available in some subject areas.
Scholarships for sports and music.
