The RAU is large enough that many facilities are on site, yet small enough to be a home from home. Students are known by name and as individuals at the RAU.
With input from business leaders and employers, RAU courses aim to provide the skills, mindset and network graduates need to play leading roles in industry.
As well as an award-winning enterprise programme, in 2019 the RAU was made a centre of excellence by the IOEE (Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs).
The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has been at the forefront of agricultural education and a key contributor to the land-based sector for 175 years. As well as agriculture, courses include animal science, business and enterprise, environment, heritage, archaeology, equine studies, farm management, food security, real estate and rural land management. Graduates are highly employable and the RAU's enterprise programme embeds entrepreneurship across the university.
