The Careers Service offers a range of resources to help students and recent graduates capitalise on the skills and experience gained at the RAU and prepare for an increasingly competitive job market.
Advice and support
Students benefit from one-to-one advice and support on career options, including identifying and developing skills, finding a job or work placement, writing a CV, performing at a job interview and further study.
The Careers Service also runs a programme of Autumn careers fairs attended by around 65 key employers. Other events and workshops include the popular 'How to get a job in food and agriculture' event.
The RAU job portal lists hundreds of opportunities for students and alumni alike. It remains accessible to RAU graduates for life after they leave the university.
Influential alumni network
A powerful alumni network, made up of over 17,000 former students positioned across the globe, is keen to help fellow graduates achieve career success.
