The University of Huddersfield stays in the regional top five for Yorkshire & the Humber, despite a small drop after climbing 21 places in two years in the University League Table. Graduate Prospects are rising at the university, but its Student Satisfaction has taken a slight dip. Achieving gold in the Teaching Excellence Framework, this university also leads the UK for the number of its staff receiving National Teaching Fellowship Awards.
Just on the edge of the Peak District National Park, Huddersfield is an attractive and friendly town with a rich history. It offers students a low cost of living, plus easy access to larger cities in the area, such as Leeds and Manchester.
