2. University of East Anglia
Sitting just outside of the UK's top 20 in the University League Table, the University of East Anglia is permanently in second place in the East of England – as well it might be, given the competition for the top spot! This institution has a lot to offer its students, with gold-rated teaching (Teaching Excellence Framework), a low Student-Staff ratio and the second best score of the region for students leaving with a Good Honours of a 2:1 or a first.
UEA is known for its campus, which features iconic student accommodation (the Ziggurats) plus everything students need, from shops, banking facilities a post office and the Sportspark. Nearby, the historic walled city of Norwich buzzes with live music, comedy, arts and culture.
