I AGREEStudents can access (face-to-face or online) a contemporary careers centre that supports career management throughout their studies, and beyond graduation with the Graduate for Life offer.
Students are encouraged to assess the future positively, and anticipate the changes that may shape it. The service helps students reflect on their values, skills and strengths and the impact of chance on careers.
Through the online career platform FutureMe, students can search for local, national and international opportunities.
Support is offered with CV preparation, interview skills, psychometric testing and assessment centres. Students can either access self-help resources or speak to an adviser. Support available through FutureMe.
Employer contacts across a variety of sectors are supported by the university’s employer engagement colleagues. Mentoring opportunities are also available. Career development events are listed on Future Me.
