Kent's chaplaincy is both ecumenical and multifaith, serving various Christian traditions as well as the Muslim, Jewish and Buddhist communities. There is a small chapel and a mosque at Canterbury and a faith space at Medway.
There are two Co-op convenience stores, a branch of Santander bank and three cashpoints at Canterbury. There's a Tesco Express at Liberty Quays, with other supermarkets nearby, and a cashpoint on campus. Each accommodation area has self-service launderettes.
