How is this affected by coronavirus?
All activities are virtual, with access to specialist platforms and advisers, including regular input from industry. The university offers around 200 appointments and 20–30 events per week enabling students to speak to experts and get the help they need.

Expert careers guidance
Kent offers guidance interviews, an online careers award programme, careers workshops, fairs and events and a wide range of online resources. Free careers guidance is available up to three years after graduation.
Kent's networking platform
Kent has a professional mentoring and networking platform for its students and alumni to share experience and expertise, offer placements/internships, network with fellow alumni and offer mentoring opportunities.
Helping students find work
The careers service advertises internships, work-shadowing, graduate vacancies and local opportunities. A database of vacancies allows students to search using a range of criteria including worldwide locations.
Employability events
An annual employability festival features workshops, talks and presentations from guest speakers and industry experts. The careers service also hosts Get Career Ready sessions, workshops and visits from employers.
