The Leicester Award is a core part of every course's first year. It helps students identify their skills and career ambitions, enabling the Career Development Service to provide tailored support.
Leicester Award Gold ensures students gain professional experience. Get Connected is a networking programme that gives access to professional mentoring. Make A Difference Week provides volunteering opportunities.
Through MyCareers Portal, students can book careers appointments, access training and browse jobs. Employers visit campus regularly, including the Festival of Careers. Careers support extends beyond graduation.
