The University of Leicester offers self-catered, fully furnished accommodation from £74 per week (2026/27), with bills, insurance and Wi-Fi included. First-year students are guaranteed a place in university-managed accommodation if they apply before 1 September. Across the two sites (The City and The Village), the university offers adapted rooms, 24/7 security, friendly reception teams and nearby sports facilities. Residential advisers run regular socials, from gaming and food nights to wellbeing events and trips. The City site is a 10-minute walk from campus, while The Village is a 15-minute ride on the free shuttle bus to campus, which also stops at Brookfield.
