IT support is available seven days a week for students in St Andrews or learning remotely. Bookable study spaces are continually reviewed in line with government restrictions. The university continues to ensure material is available digitally.

The university offers space for students in the Can Do Marquee – a relaxed common area for use both as a study space and by individual households. This is primarily a drop-in space; Can Do marshals ensure that users comply with social distancing measures.

Each hall of residence has a team of wardens comprising staff and postgraduate students. They arrange community-building events and activities in the residence, and are available evenings and weekends for students who need advice and support.
International Education Institute
St Andrews' International Education Institute can provide support for users of English as an additional language, both before starting a degree or during their studies.
The chaplaincy supports faith and worship for all members of the university, with dedicated facilities and chaplains to support those of all faiths and philosophies at St Andrews.
